shipping policy
Our Preferred shipping method is USPS (United States Postal Services) First Class Mail. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. We begin processing your order within 24 to 48 hours after purchase (Monday through Friday). Turnaround is approximately 5 to 7 business days (not including holidays) from purchase to delivery for domestic orders (within the United States). Sorry, No International Shipping at this time. Standard shipping is 2-4 days with USPS. Overnight shipping upon request.
​Please note that Lovely Contour is not responsible for your package once tracking number is provided and with the post office carrier. Please contact and consult with USPS for any lost packages.
return & exchange policy
NO EXCHANGES/REFUNDS on Lovely Contour Luxury Wigs and extensions with the exception of receiving an incorrect order.
If by chance, an order is placed and not delivered, customer must provide proof of USPS investigation resulting "no fault" on there behalf to retrieve full refund.
All purchases on sales, discounted, and promotional products are final.
Returns must be reported within 24-hour time frame.
The postage cost must be covered by the customer.

All products are personally examined and viewed by the CEO before overnighted to customer as a courtesy due to the length of processing time.
